I was just notified by my bank that an unknown person attempted to charge a
large purchase on my credit card to your firm. The purpose of this letter is
to thank you for calling my bank (USAA Federal Savings Bank), who in turn
contacted me, to verify the charge. The charge is bogus and was apparently
made by someone who has obtained my MasterCard number without my knowledge.
Your call saved us all a lot of trouble down the line.

Adam - I'm sorry I thought I placed a note in with the package but see that
it is here on my desk.I spoke to someone ( possibly Jeff?)by phone on Monday
and explained that I received the wrong size.I needed it for a present this
week and they agreed to send out the correct size as long as I would return
the one I already had and they received it by Friday.I'm glad to hear you
already have received it and I do not need anything in return.I have already
received my new package.I must tell you that I am very pleased with the way
you and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone handled the exchange.If you
know who it is thank him for sending me out a new suit without getting my
return first, and thank you to you for checking on what I needed done.Please
