- RETURN POLICY:
ALL CLOSEOUT ITEMS, PRINTED JERSEYS / MERCHANDISE, TEAM / BULK / SPECIAL ORDERS and DROP SHIP ORDERS (products special ordered and shipped directly from manufacturer) ARE NOT REFUNDABLE -- THESE SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT PRODUCT / SIZE.
Merchandise that is eligible for return must be returned in the original, unworn, unused, new condition with all tags / packaging intact, including original shoebox for footwear, within 10 days of return authorization date. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for all return / exchange / defect shipping charges. Please email us to receive authorization BEFORE returning merchandise -- see below.
- We cannot process international orders (outside the U.S.)
As per vendor agreements with Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc., we cannot process orders with a billing or shipping address outside the United States. We cannot accept payment via foreign credit cards (issued outside the U.S.)
- FOOTWEAR THAT HAS BEEN WORN OUTSIDE MAY NOT BE RETURNED - EVEN IF CLEANED METICULOUSLY!
Please try on shoes inside (on rug, carpet or other soft/non-marking surface) until you are certain that they fit correctly.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE FIRST APPROVED VIA EMAIL WITHIN 10 days of delivery.
- Please email us at returns@SoccerEvolution.com to receive return authorization - PLEASE INCLUDE 12-DIGIT RECEIPT NUMBER.
- We CANNOT provide return authorization by phone - all customer service is handled via email.
- Please label returned packages EXACTLY as instructed in our response. Due to security concerns, unauthorized shipments will be refused.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original, unworn, unused, new condition with all tags / packaging intact within 10 days of return authorization date. We reserve the right to refuse accepting merchandise, which in our sole opinion, has been used, tampered with or mishandled.
- All return shipments must arrive at our location within 10 days of return authorization date.
- Most exchanges are processed in 1 - 2 business days. The $9.99 exchange shipping charge will be processed to your account and you will receive the tracking information via email once your exchange has shipped.
- Orders are processed as promptly as possible. Once an order has been successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled prior to shipment. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product / size. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, a $20 order cancellation fee will apply.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email within 10 days of original order delivery. Exchanged merchandise is not eligible for refund.
- If an exception made, at our sole discretion, to authorize the return of items ineligible for return, this merchandise is NOT eligible for refund and will be subject to a restocking fee.
- A restocking fee will apply if MORE than 50% of the order (dollar amount or number of items) is returned for refund.
- For merchandise eligible for refund, if a product is returned for refund, a minimum 10% restocking fee will apply.
- We reserve the right to ship orders via any shipping service in which the shipment will be scheduled for delivery on or before the requested delivery date.
- Online purchases (orders via our web site) can only be exchanged / returned via mail -- online orders CANNOT be picked-up / exchanged / returned at our retail store. Likewise, purchases from our retail store can only be picked-up / exchanged / returned at our retail store location. Online pricing does not apply to retail store purchases.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN / EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges resulting from the purchase (i.e. - returns, exchanges, defects, correction fees, etc.) The merchandise, until returned and actually received at our location, is at your risk from all hazards. We recommend using a reputable carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), fully insure all returned merchandise and receive tracking information. SoccerEvolution.com accepts no responsibility for merchandise that does not fit properly -- any sizing charts are simply provided to help customers make their final sizing decision. The final sizing decision is the responsibility of the customer.
Address correction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Address correction fees will be deducted from customer account -- please provide 100% correct shipping address to avoid address correction fees.
All shipping fees are non-refundable -- sorry, no exceptions.
If an order qualifying for free shipping is returned for a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount.
We cannot offer refunds for defective merchandise or lost / stolen / damaged shipments - we can only offer exchanges or online store credit.
The lengths of manufacturer's warranty vary by company - usually one season OR 20 - 25 games, whichever comes first, NOT including practices for most footwear / merchandise from Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc. Please email us BEFORE returning defective goods -- see email address above. All unauthorized deliveries will be refused. We cannot authorize the return of any merchandise for defect if more than 10 weeks have elapsed since purchase date. In addition, we can only offer partial credit, if any, for defective merchandise claims more than 6 weeks from purchase date or, in our sole opinion, if merchandise exhibits an excessive amount of wear.
- There is no shipment pickup / delivery on weekends, holidays or business days observed by UPS / USPS as holidays.
Our liability will never exceed the actual price of merchandise.
